I have been having a lot of migraines lately and I am very, very tired of it. They're not nearly as bad as they used to be, but in some ways they're worse. There is less pain, which I am thankful for, but more sensitivity to smell and sound, which I am not very thankful for. It makes me feel some imposter syndrome, knowing there are people out there who feel like they're being stabbed in the eye while I'm lounging at home feeling hardly any and just trying not to overstimulate myself.

This morning I had to go out to pick up some unrelated medication so I thought I might as well get a couple other quick errands done. The pain isn't that bad, she said. It should be fine, she said. Right?

WRONG. By the time I got home an hour later my head was pounding and the smell of my own apartment is grossing me out. I can't wait for this cycle to be over, 6 episodes is way more than normal and it's concerning. Special shoutout to big machinery in stores that go BEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP -- fuck you in particular. -_-

Anyway I've been working on the Museum, finally got the foundation laid on the back end. I'm learning how to write photo galleries and lightbox, which is fun. You won't see it for a while yet, all the styling still needs to be done, but it's comin'.

Launching version 1.0 - Orchid

I have been working very hard on this theme for the last two weeks and decided it's finally time to start introducing it.

let's get this Ball rolling

I just spent 2 hours trying to get xampp running so that I could open all my old .php files in a browser and screenshot them so they could be added to the /archive of all the old website designs I made years ago. Two hours. For screenshots. We kind of lost the plot a bit there, but also...it is not working. There are no screenshots.

This started when I found the hard drive which is an archive of aaallllll of my old computer files, as in, computers that no longer exist. Obviously I had to peruse. I clicked links. I opened jpegs. I spelunked into css. What was the entire point of this adventure? To steal code from myself, actually. Past me knew what she was doing. Today me does not.

Right: we are not here (in this hdd) for screenshots. We are here for theft.
